How do I place an order?

Either online, by email or over the phone.

Do the prices on the website include GST?

Yes all prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.

Will I receive a Tax Invoice with my order?

Yes you will. Your goods are packed in a carton it will be in an envelope on the package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard and Visa (no surcharge), direct bank deposit, cash on pick up or PayPal. If paying by credit card we can contact you to process the card payment over the phone or by email.

If you have any online security concerns, phone orders are still welcomed. Direct Bank Transfer is also available as a payment option, giving you the convenience and efficiency offered by online ordering, without a credit card.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery is via Star Track Express or Australia Post. Freight cost will be calulated and quoted at the time of purchase.

Please ensure we have a delivery address where some one is available to sign during business hours as well as preferably a mobile phone number. If are happy for the courier to leave your order in a safe place unattended please let us know any details when placing your order. Please be aware that this is at your own risk.

Certain items/special offers may be delivered free of charge to metro areas (metro delivery areas are defined as selected areas of Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong, Perth & Sydney) Free Delivery cannot apply to Regional and Country Orders.

Can I visit the Melbourne showroom? / Order Collection

Yes weekdays between 10am and 4pm. It is advisable to phone prior to arrange a suitable time as we are often offsite. For phone number please see Contact page.

If you select this option we will send you a message once your order has been processed to confirm collection.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

We try to get orders out as soon as possible. If you place your order before midday (AEST), chances are it will leave same day. Please allow up to one business day for dispatch. If you are in a desperate hurry to receive an order it is advisable to call us prior to placing it.

Is it safe to place online orders via this website?

Can I return an item?

We will accept stock for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided:

What do I do if I have a warranty claim?

Please notify us straight away. A product’s respective warranty period is from the date of original purchase. To make a claim you will need your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase. Items returned shall be at the expense and risk of the owner whilst in transit.

Conditions of Web Site Use: This contract will only exist between you (the customer) and SAS Distribution Australia P/L (The owner of this site) for the sale of any product when we accept your order by sending an e-mail explicitly confirming that the product has either been dispatched and a delivery date specified or placed on order (if not in stock).

Deposit: If items are not in stock and need to be placed on back order, a 10% deposit will be required to confirm the order. Once the deposit is received a confirmation will be emailed with an approximate delivery date.

Delivery: We endeavor to deliver all items within the time specified on the website or in our confirmation email.
If there is a problem with fulfilling your order we will endeavor to inform you promptly. We will try to accommodate any specific requirements that you may have, such as weekend or out of hours services, however these may incur extra charges. We are also happy to provide specific quotations for overseas deliveries and any other special circumstances.

SAS Distribution Australia P/L is not responsible for any loss, and does not accept any liability, resulting from late delivery of goods. We expressly do not accept any liability or claims arising from items being out of stock and any late deliveries that may result.

Always remember to fully check your goods upon receipt and report any problems immediately. Visibly damaged goods should not be accepted from the courier. Our insurance does not provide cover for items damaged in transit, if this is not reported immediately.

Customers who assist unloading any item from the delivery vehicles do so entirely at their own risk.

Returns Policy: If you receive goods which have been damaged during transit or in any other way have not reached you in a good and satisfactory condition, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement of the goods. We are unable to refund delivery charges unless the goods are returned either due to a quality issue or as a result of our error. If, for some other reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may, once authorization has been granted, return it to us. You must contact us before sending any item. No returns will be accepted without authorization. The item must be in its original condition and in an undamaged, unopened and completely unused condition. Any item which has been used cannot be returned for a full refund. You may apply for a return authorization up to 14 days after receipt of goods except in certain cases where goods were special order items and were deemed to be an advance order or a ‘pro forma’ order. Consumers cannot expect us to provide redress if they have misused the products – through improper use, incompatible accessories etc.

Cancellation: If after placing your order you need to cancel please let us know via e-mail as soon as possible.
In the e-mail include the item you ordered, the order number, and your address details saying you wish to cancel.

Refund of Deposits:
For Stock items – If the goods on your order are stock items your deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of receipt and confirmation of your cancellation.
For Custom or Special Order items – If the goods on your order are custom items or a special order then the deposit is NON refundable once manufacture of the items has commenced. The cutoff date for cancellation of Custom or Special Orders will be specified on your order confirmation from us. Payment of your deposit will indicate agreement with these terms.
For Returned Goods; When a return is approved, either a credit note or refund will be issued within 14 days.

Out of Stock Items and Availability: We will endeavor to inform you within 24 hours of your order being placed, if an item that you are ordering is out of stock or unavailable. We cannot guarantee that any product which is listed on our website is in stock and available for dispatch at the point of ordering.

Self-Assembly: Some items on this website require the customer to assemble the product before first use. This assembly is entirely the responsibility of the customer and SAS Distribution Australia P/L does not in any way compensate the customer for assembly to be completed.

Our Service: We endeavor at all times to provide a timely service and respond to request for information regarding our products and or our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers and terminate any business or any contact whatsoever with customers at any time. Customers may make a complaint regarding our services in writing. Any customer using abusive language in any form while in communication with the company may be reported to the authorities. Warranty: Qstands warranty 1 year from date of purchase.
Warranty Work: Should you experience any problem with your purchase during the warranty period you can contact us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the repair this is entirely the responsibility of the manufacturer, who issues the warranty, to correct. We do not refund, replace, or accept a return for items which require warranty work unless instructed to do so by the product’s manufacturer.
